Budding Lights: A translucent topper with green shimmer that glows green in the dark.
Please note that due to the glow pigments used, this polish may have a matte or textured finish, but top coat can be applied without affecting the glow.

All of my lacquers are made with high quality pigments, micas, and glittery sparkling goodness. I take the extra time to make each polish unique and special by hand mixing each in small batches, meaning that there may be slight variances between batches. This makes every lacquer unique and special.

Tip: To get the best glow effect, paint over white or other light colored base and activate the glow pigments by charging with a bright light source (ie. sun).

Ahh, budding lights. Although I do own a few GITD topcoats, I don’t always use them, because I prefer having GITD ‘built in’ to my polish (again why I’m a lifelong lover of SN5 lol). But surprisingly I found myself adding Budding Lights to a lot of the mani’s I’ve put on recently, with the rise of flakies and assorted finishes, adding BL on top compliments without distracting or taking away from the ‘native’ mani.
Also, if you use this for nothing else but your toesies, that’s still super awesome. Because your toesies deserve a little glowin’ lovin’ too!

Great way to pack a punch to a non glow mani or pedi! I have a fave Serum that is one of the rare non-glows, and Budding Lights lets me add a glow without affecting the base color.
It can dry with a texture, but a clear topper smooths it out – and also brings out the subtle shimmer.
