To use, push up from the inside of the tube and apply directly onto skin and gently rub or massage to ensure that the natural oils and butters are completely absorbed. Keep out of direct sunlight and extreme heat to avoid unwanted melting. If melting occurs, place tube in freezer for 3-5 minutes to harden.
